Firstly, it is very important to identify your skin type to apply the most suitable beauty routine.

In the morning and just before going to bed, gently cleanse your skin using a cleanser and lukewarm water.

Apply the recommended face and eye contour care products.

If you shave, use a product that allows the blade to glide smoothly, shave in the direction of hair growth, and apply an aftershave product to nourish and soothe the skin after shaving. The “Refining Face Cleanser” and the “Cellular Restorative Cream” are adapted for a shaving routine.

Skin ageing is characterised by major physical changes.

There are different types of skin. It’s important to identify your skin type so that you can use the products best suited to your skin. Here are the skin types:

• Normal skin is clear and not sensitive.
• Oily skin is shiny and greasy.
• Dry skin is flaky, itchy or rough.
• Combination skin is dry in some areas and oily in other areas.
• Sensitive skin may sting or burn after product use.
• Imperfections skin is a skin with acne pimples, blackheads…
• Mature skin has sagging skin, fine lines and wrinkles, pigmentation spots, loss of elasticity, firmness, volume and radiance.

To identify your skin type, you can wash your face with our cleanser. Pat dry and do not apply serum, moisturiser or any other cosmetic product. After 30 minutes, look at your face in the mirror:

• If it is shiny all over, your skin type is probably oily.
• If your T-zone – i.e. your forehead, nose and chin – is shiny, you probably have combination skin.
• If your skin feel tight or dry, your skin type is probably dry skin.
• If you have fine lines and wrinkles, or pigmentation spots, you probably have mature skin.
• If you have some pimples and/or blackheads, you probably have imperfections skin.
• If your skin reacts or over-reacts to an external factor that attacks it, and you experience uncomfortable sensations such as tightness, burning, tingling and sometimes slight redness, you probably have sensitive skin.
• If your skin is not shiny, is well hydrated and looks smooth, you probably have normal skin.

A serum or concentrate is a cosmetic product that is more concentrated in active ingredients, has a lighter texture because it is less rich in fatty elements than a cream, and is more rapidly absorbed by the skin.

We recommend applying a face cream after applying a face serum to provide a moisturising effect and comfort the skin.

Our products are carefully formulated and our ingredients are carefully selected to minimise any adverse reactions of the skin when using our products.

However, we recommend that you carry out a skin allergy test on the elbow before using the product.

To do this, apply a small amount of product to the crease of the elbow.

Massage the product in, bend the elbow and wait about 15 minutes to see if an allergic reaction occurs.

If redness, tingling or itching appears, this means that you cannot tolerate the product. We strongly advise you not to use it.

Otherwise, continue to apply it to the crease of the elbow once a day for 5 consecutive days.

If there are no signs of discomfort, your skin is tolerating the product. You can then use it on the area of your choice with complete peace of mind.
